Automatic case packers and case erectors for pre-glued RSC and HSC cases

DM PACK automatic case packers, available in horizontal version with side loading or vertical version with top loading, are advanced solutions for the automatic packaging of single products or multipacks in pre-glued RSC or HSC cases.

The machines erect the case, group the products according to the desired configuration and insert them into the box with extreme precision. In the vertical insertion system, filling is carried out through an accurate pick & place system, while in the horizontal insertion system the products are grouped by a stacker and inserted into the case by an automatic pusher.

The case flaps are closed with adhesive tape, both on the sides and on the top and bottom, guaranteeing stability and safety of the final packaging. The loading system varies according to the type of product to be packed, while both solutions are equipped with a large case magazine, easily accessible to the operator.
