The DM PACK horizontal automatic clustering machine is a highly automated solution designed for packaging single or multi-packs by wrapping them with cardboard trays. Its main function is to wrap the product with a flat tray, sealing it at the bottom.

The flat cardboard trays are carefully picked or released from the warehouse and positioned over the product arriving from the loading conveyor belt. Subsequently, the flaps are folded around the product and a glue spot is applied at the bottom to complete the packaging process. The clustering machine features a compact layout and is equipped with an integrated loading conveyor belt. Partially automatic format changes can be performed through motorized movements controlled via the touchscreen. Like all DM PACK machinery, it is built with a fully accessible cantilever structure to allow easy and quick maintenance and cleaning operations.
