The DM Pack automatic horizontal carton sleever machine is a highly automated solution for packaging single products or multipacks by wrapping them with die-cut cardboard blanks.

The main function of the carton sleever is to wrap the product with a flat blank and seal it at the bottom, ensuring cluster stability and consistent quality of the final packaging. The die-cut cardboard blanks are picked precisely from the magazine, positioned over the product arriving from the infeed conveyor and then folded around the product. The process is completed by applying glue to the bottom, ensuring a strong and reliable closure.

The carton sleever machine features a compact layout and is equipped with an integrated infeed conveyor, facilitating integration into existing packaging lines. Format changeovers can be automatic, thanks to motorised movements managed via touch screen, reducing set-up times and improving operational flexibility.

Like all DM Pack machines, the carton sleever is manufactured with a fully accessible cantilever structure, designed to make cleaning and maintenance operations simple and quick. In addition, the machine is equipped with the most advanced remote connectivity systems, enabling effective and timely technical assistance from specialised technicians.
