The DM Pack automatic cartoning machine is an advanced solution for the automatic packaging of single products or multipacks in pre-glued cardboard cartons, designed for high-efficiency industrial packaging lines.

The machine picks closed pre-glued cartons from the magazine, opens them precisely and inserts the product accurately, continuously and reliably. In the intermittent version, insertion is carried out by a pusher, while in the continuous version the process is managed by multiple pushers on parallel lanes, guaranteeing high production speeds and maximum operational stability.

The side flap closure can be carried out through glue application or by means of an optional tuck-in locking system, offering high flexibility according to packaging requirements. The cartoning machine is available in intermittent configuration, with speeds of up to 35 ppm, and in continuous configuration, with performance ranging from 80 to 150 ppm.
