DM Pack’s automatic cartoning machine is a highly automated option for packaging single or multipack products using pre-glued boxes. Its main function is to carefully and precisely release closed pre-glued cardboard boxes from the warehouse, then open them and insert the product inside. Insertion is achieved by means of one (in the case of the intermittent version) or more pushers (in the continuous version), which operate on a parallel lane.

The side flaps can be closed by applying a dab of glue or by means of the interlocking ‘tuck-in’ system (as an option). Available in intermittent (up to 35 ppm) and continuous (80 to 150 ppm) versions.
