The DM Pack horizontal tray packer and wraparound machine is an automatic, compact and versatile solution for industrial packaging in trays and cartons, designed to guarantee operational efficiency, production continuity and easy integration into packaging lines.

The machine picks and forms the tray or flat carton, fills it with products previously grouped and positioned in the required configuration and, in the case of the tray packer, also allows lid application, ensuring precision, repeatability and consistent process quality. Depending on the required performance and the type of product, the machine can be configured with different loading, grouping and stacking systems, offering high application flexibility.

Once the configuration is complete, the carton is transferred to the closing station, where the flaps are folded, sealed and fixed using a hot-melt system, guaranteeing a strong and reliable closure of the final packaging.

The tray packer and wraparound machine is available in both intermittent and continuous versions, allowing operation to be adapted to specific production requirements and different processing volumes.
