The DM Pack automatic sleeve wrapper, also known as a sleeve wrapping machine, is a robust, solid and highly accessible solution designed for the industrial packaging of single products or multipacks.
The machine is ideal for packaging products of any size, including bottles, boxes, cans and many other types of items, guaranteeing application flexibility and operational reliability.
The sleeve wrapper uses two reels of flat film, which are sealed transversely to create a shrink film sleeve around the product. On the sides, the pack can be left open with bull’s-eye openings, fully closed, or sealed using double side sealers in the four-seal configuration, known as the GS2B system, according to the load stability and protection requirements.
The packaged products are then heat-shrunk inside a shrink tunnel, creating a compact, stable bundle that is resistant to transport and handling.
