The case flaps are closed at the top and bottom with adhesive tape, while robotic pick & place systems and hot-melt glue closure can be integrated as additional options. The case is picked from a large magazine that is easily accessible to the operator, erected and transported by motorised conveyors towards the filling area. The multipack, formed by the grouping systems, is then automatically inserted into the open case. Once filling is complete, the cases are conveyed towards the outfeed, where the machine closes the flaps and seals them with adhesive tape. Alternatively, hot-melt glue closure is available as an option, to meet specific process requirements and sealing strength needs.
