The horizontal case packing machine for RSC and HSC cases is designed for installation downstream of packaging lines, where it groups and organises products coming from a packaging machine, preparing neat and stable multipacks for insertion into the case.
Products are positioned on multiple height levels, with the front and depth of the rows configurable directly from the panel, guaranteeing high flexibility in format management. The multipack, formed by the loader with stacker unit, is then pushed and inserted into the case, which is automatically formed by the machine.
Once filling is complete, the case is transferred towards the outfeed, where the machine closes all flaps and seals them with adhesive tape, ensuring stability and safety of the final packaging. The machine can also be configured with hot-melt glue closure as an alternative to tape.
