The TRON CARTESIANO automatic Cartesian palletizer by DM Pack is part of the DM Pack range of Cartesian palletisers, developed to meet different end-of-line requirements in terms of operating speed, reduced footprint and final pallet configuration. The machine is built on a robust supporting structure, designed to guarantee high accessibility on all sides and maximum operational safety. The integration of photoelectric barriers allows the operator to intervene safely when necessary, ensuring work continuity and compliance with industrial standards. The pick & place gripping head, configurable according to the type of product to be palletised, is custom-designed to guarantee gentle handling, precise positioning and correct load alignment before final placement on the pallet. General characteristics
The TRON CARTESIANO automatic palletiser by DM Pack is available in single-bay or multi-bay configuration. It is a new-generation model, designed to offer an optimised footprint, ease of use and high cost efficiency, making it ideal for automatic end-of-line applications.
The machine is built on a robust supporting structure, integrating recirculating ball guides on which the Cartesian axis system moves. This system consists of an arm equipped with a gripping head for easy and precise product picking. The system operates along the X, Y and Z Cartesian axes and is driven by brushless or asynchronous motors with inverter, selected according to the operating speeds and precision levels required.
Following the set programme, the Cartesian axis system moves to the picking point, lifts the product and places it on the pallet using a configurable gripping head, equipped with a vacuum system, suction cups or grippers, according to the type and weight of the load.
The palletiser can be configured in the “floor-level pallet” version, where the empty pallet is manually positioned by the operator using a pallet truck inside a floor-mounted template. The completed pallet is removed in the same way, ensuring simple, safe and flexible management of the palletising process.

The maximum palletising height can reach up to 1750 mm with pallet, while the total height reaches 2700 mm, with special configurations available up to 3000 mm to meet specific application requirements. The operating speed can reach up to 10 movements per minute, guaranteeing an optimal balance between productivity and precision.
The gripping head can be configured with suction cups, grippers or vacuum systems, according to the type, weight and characteristics of the product to be palletised. Workable product dimensions range from a minimum of 90 × 150 × 100 mm up to a maximum of 400 × 600 × 600 mm, offering high application flexibility.
In the four-side open version, the TRON palletizer can be equipped with numerous optional systems, including additional bays, interlayer sheet magazine, pallet magazine, roller conveyors for automatic loading and unloading of empty and full pallets, pallet wrappers and depalletising systems, allowing high end-of-line integration and automation.
