The ICE automatic horizontal carton sleever machine by DM Pack is a highly automated solution for packaging single products or multipacks by wrapping them with die-cut cardboard blanks glued at the bottom. The main function of the ICE carton sleever is to wrap the product with a flat blank and seal it at the bottom, ensuring cluster stability and consistent packaging quality. This machine is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized products, such as thermoformed trays, tubs, sponges, cups and similar items. The flat cardboard blanks are picked precisely from the magazine, positioned over the product arriving from the infeed conveyor and then folded around the product. The process is completed by applying glue to the bottom, ensuring a reliable and resistant closure. The ICE carton sleever features a compact layout and is equipped with an integrated infeed conveyor, facilitating integration into existing packaging lines. Format changeovers can be automatic, thanks to motorised movements managed via touch screen, reducing set-up times and improving production flexibility. The fully accessible cantilever structure enables quick maintenance and cleaning operations, guaranteeing high ergonomics, operational reliability and production continuity.
