The ZED semi-automatic inclined packaging machine by DM Pack, in inclined or vertical configuration, is a versatile and flexible solution for packaging products in bags made from flat film using VFFS technology. The machine is equipped with a continuous sealing system, which carries out the longitudinal sealing of the bag edges, while the transverse bar performs the sealing and cutting operations at the ends, ensuring a reliable and uniform closure. Operation can be manual or automatic, depending on production requirements, and the packaging machine can be integrated with different automatic loading and bag filling systems, supporting integration into simple or semi-automated packaging lines. Thanks to its operational simplicity, compactness and configuration flexibility, the ZED inclined packaging machine represents an effective solution for basic production needs requiring reliability, ease of use and adaptability to different products.

General characteristics

The DM Pack inclined packaging machine can operate in horizontal or vertical position, depending on the type of product to be packaged, guaranteeing high application flexibility. This feature makes it particularly suitable for delicate or irregular products that require careful control during the bag filling stage.

The machine is ideal for packaging fruit and vegetables, bread and bakery products, sweets, seafood, fresh products and meat, as well as non-food products such as small accessories, profiles and components, either single or multiple.

The adjustable vertical inclination from 0° to -90° allows the configuration to be adapted quickly to different production requirements. Fast adjustment by handle ensures ease of use, operational ergonomics and a significant reduction in setup times.

Specific characteristics

The ZED inclined packaging machine by DM Pack is equipped with an easily adjustable forming tunnel, designed to adapt to a wide range of formats and product types. The flexibility of the system is further guaranteed by the possibility of using a packaging film reel up to 680 mm wide, enabling versatile processing and customised configurations.

The machine can package products using different types of film, including polypropylene, perforated film and non-perforated film, ensuring adaptability to different packaging and product preservation requirements.

All components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, while the entire structure uses ISO-certified components, the same as those used in standard DM Pack packaging machines, guaranteeing reliability, safety and long-term build quality.
