The SKY vertical carton forming and closing machine by DM Pack is an automatic and flexible solution for cartoning small and medium-sized products, ideal for industrial packaging lines. The machine works with flat blanks, picked from the magazine by a vacuum cup system and transferred to the centring stations by conveyor belts, guaranteeing precision and operational continuity. Carton forming is carried out by a vertical press, while the corners are closed with glue and automatic flap folding. Filling can be carried out manually or automatically in line through integrated systems, such as robots or pick & place units. Final closure is available with a tuck-in system or with hot-melt glue, depending on the format. A dedicated male/female forming unit is provided for each carton, ensuring precision and repeatability.
