The STAR EVO SI bottom sealing flowpack packaging machine by DM Pack is designed for packaging single products or multipacks, with manual loading or automatic in-line loading through additional systems developed by DM Pack, such as stackers, grouping units and diverters, ensuring high application flexibility.
The machine guarantees significant film and energy savings, thanks to the possibility of creating packs that adhere perfectly to the product, optimising consumption and improving the aesthetic quality of the final packaging.
The highly accessible structure, operable from both sides, facilitates operation, maintenance and cleaning activities. The operator station can be configured in three different positions thanks to the rotating touch screen, ensuring ergonomics and ease of use.

The machine is available in painted, stainless steel or stainless steel-aluminium versions, to meet different application requirements and production environments with specific hygiene standards.

Thanks to optional and double sealing systems, the STAR EVO SI flowpack machine can work with all the main flat films available on the market, including polyolefin, polyethylene and polypropylene, both neutral and printed.

Details automatic bottom sealing flowpack packaging machine
Highly versatile machine which can also mount a side sealing system for use of different types of film and obtain different packaging results, using the same machine.
Possibility of equipping the machine with a product identification system (ink marker).
Four pairs of wheels compose the lower sealer, to seal and fold the fin - min. diameter of wheels 120 mm.
Based on the speed requirements and type of film, various types of seal bar and sealing units can be mounted: with Eurohole, with M.A.P. kit etc..
Air vacuum belts possible for light products.
