General characteristics
The DM Pack shrink tunnel is equipped with adjustable airflow and digital temperature control, with automatic safety shutdown when the temperature drops below 80 °C, guaranteeing operational reliability and energy efficiency.
The conveying system can be configured with rotating or fixed silicone-coated rollers, depending on the type of film and the characteristics of the product to be heat-shrunk, ensuring stable and uniform handling during the process.
The tunnel is compatible with all the main shrink films available on the market, including polyethylene films (PE), also thanks to the possibility of integrating a Teflon-coated belt, expanding application flexibility.
For high-speed production or for handling particularly long products, versions with an additional shrink chamber are available, allowing high performance and consistent heat-shrinking quality to be maintained.

The machine can be placed alongside all the main DM Pack packaging machines, including flowpack machines and sleeve wrappers, maintaining aesthetic and functional consistency. Alternatively, the tunnel can be integrated directly into the packaging machine in COMBO versions, creating a compact, orderly and elegant line.
This configuration flexibility enables optimal end-of-line integration, improving space organisation, production continuity and the overall efficiency of the packaging process.
