Heat shrink tunnel
The DM Pack hot-air shrink tunnels are ideal for shrinking plastic film around the product, adapting to both its shape and size, thanks to the complete hot air-recirculating shrinking chamber. Our focus on the search for advanced technical solutions allows us to guarantee reduced energy consumption and the production of ever tighter, form-fitting packaging.
General characteristics
Our shrink tunnels are equipped with adjustable airflow and digital temperature control, with an automatic shut-off function whenever the temperature drops below 80 degrees. The transport is performed by rotating or fixed silicone-covered rollers, depending on the film and product being processed. Our shrink tunnels can be used with all commercially available shrink films, including PE with a Teflon-coated mat. For high speeds or extra-long products, versions with an additional chamber are available.
Specific characteristics
The shrink tunnels have been designed to solve shrinking problems for various-sized products: up to 3000 mm in length and 600 mm in height. They can be installed alongside all packaging machines, flowpacks and shrink-wrappers, which retain their shape, or mounted to the packaging machines themselves, as a COMBO version, to ensure an elegant, neat and compact line.
