This solution guarantees sealing precision, process reliability and consistent pack quality.
The machine can be integrated with a wide range of accessories and auxiliary systems produced by DM Pack, including infeed conveyors, paddle conveyors, pushers, feeders, either pick-and-place or rotary, shrink tunnels, outfeed conveyors and stackers, enabling perfect integration into automatic packaging lines.
The FLO L-sealer machine is also available in COMBO version, with an integrated single-chamber shrink tunnel, a configuration designed to provide further space saving, simplify installation and optimise workflows, while maintaining high production performance.
The machine can be integrated with a wide range of accessories and auxiliary systems produced by DM Pack, including infeed conveyors, paddle conveyors, pushers, feeders, either pick-and-place or rotary, shrink tunnels, outfeed conveyors and stackers, enabling perfect integration into automatic packaging lines.

The machine is equipped with a single-piece vertical sealing bar, which ensures the same pressure on all points of the film, replacing the traditional scissor system. With a reduced thickness of only 10 mm, the bar enables significant film savings, as the quantity of material sealed around the product is minimal, while still obtaining a well-closed pack that adheres perfectly to the product.
