We design and manufacture a complete range of packaging machinery and lines composed of packaging machines for film, cartoning machines, Cartesian and robotic palletisers for end of line.

Together with our entry level machinery, we have extended production with a large variety of components and peripheral modules to offer a complete turn-key solution, composed of loading and unloading conveyor belts, automatic loaders-feeders, stacking systems, stackers, pushers for multipack formers and much more, to connect the packaging station to the client’s production line.

Today, our company is constantly developing, with business expanding and turnover increasing, managed by an active and motivated team, with the sole, common objective of creating new solutions and products, constantly improving our work up to now, 21 years after the company was established. Film

Heat shrinking, flow pack, bundler, sleeve wrapper bundler and vertical machines for packaging with polyolefin film, polyethylene film, polypropylene film, barrier film and laminates (POF, PE, HDPE, LDPE, BOPP, OPP, PP, PLA) as well as BIO and compostable film.

Box

Box cartoning machines for side or top filling, intermittent and continuous horizontal cartoners, carton sleevers, tray packers, wrap around machines, forming machines for packaging in American cardboard boxes (RSC), pre-formed and pre-glued boxes, cases, blanks, flat cardboard for trays, tray displays or wrap around.

Pallet

Cartesian or robotic palletisers, available in various versions and heights equipped according to needs with an automatic pallet loader, pallet storage, automatic pallet wrapping and automatic addition of intermediate layers, motorised rollers inbound and outbound. Can work with all types of pallets.

Cluster-packing machines

Automatic cluster-packing machines for wrapping individual products or multipacks with paperboard blanks sealed at the bottom.

Flowpack

Flowpack machines configurable for airtight, durable and aesthetically pleasing packaging with polypropylene, polyethylene, polyolefin and paper.

Case Packers/Case Erector

Automatic case packers/erectors for packing in pre-glued RSC or HSC American cases with motorized format change.

Our machines are able to process from very small formats to very big products. All our equipment from FILM PACKAGING, CARTON PACKAGING till Palletizer are availablein different sizes.

From 2.000 pcs/h up to 9.000 pcs/h with A4 format – from 20 packs/min stand alone simple machines solution up to high speed: 100/150 packs/min.

We build COMPLETE LINES equipped with stackers, diverters, etc.. all manufactured by us to build a complete tailored made and turnkey solution.
